It seems there were four premierleague players playing in the match. Brazil is on England's red list, and England is on Brazil's red list in terms of covid travel. Apparently these four players provided false information to health authorities.
Unreal scenes here as the Brazilian health authority officials came onto the pitch to halt the play.
