WTF was the Irish justice system doing letting this obvious monster go after his 10 year sentence was up
Remember, a few hours of trial and error can save serval minutes of reading the README!

As far as I know he hasn’t been caught reoffending, and left the country anyway, so not sure why this would still be an issue now.
Should apparently be watched on a ferry, but nowhere else.
