I've been finding it hard to sleep myself. I heard a tip on the radio the other day to leave your bedroom curtains closed all day when you're not in the room. Maybe everyone knew this already but it was news to me and I definitely think it helped last night

I've only ever been full blown hungover after drinking by myself once in my life. I'll have a chill out drink or two myself with food or a film and have a drink myself getting ready to go out or when I come home from being out however no issue
